HAM AND CORN SOUP 
3 qts. water
2 lbs. cooked ham, cubed
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Combine water, ham, onions, tomatoes and green pepper in a large saucepan; simmer about 1 hour. Add corn, pepper, sugar, and salt; simmer 10-15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
