ESCALLOPED HAM AND CORN 
Chopped ham
3 diced raw potatoes
1 can corn
1 onion
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Cover bottom of buttered casserole with potatoes, then ham, then corn also diced onion. Season and dot with butter, sprinkle with flour. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour in enough milk until it can be seen through. Bake several hours in a slow oven.
