CATHEDRAL WINDOWS 
1 bag colored marshmallows
1 bag coconut
1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter

In microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; cool enough not to melt marshmallows. Add marshmallows. Form into 2 long logs. Refrigerate until firm, then roll into log into coconut and chill briefly again. Slice like you would for cookies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
