1 bag colored marshmallows 1 bag coconut 1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips 1 stick butter In microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; cool enough not to melt marshmallows. Add marshmallows. Form into 2 long logs. Refrigerate until firm, then roll into log into coconut and chill briefly again. Slice like you would for cookies. |
