APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Lg. tub of Cool Whip

Bring water and sugar to a boil and add Jello. After partially thickened, add drained pineapple and nuts. Beat in Cool Whip and cream cheese.
