APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 c. sugar (or less)
1 sm. box apricot Jello

Heat to boiling, then cool. Add softened 8 ounces cream cheese. Fold in 1 large carton (12 ounce) Cool Whip or 2 packages of Dream Whip.
