APRICOT JELLO SALAD | |
2/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. water 2 sm. pkg. apricot Jello 1 can evaporated milk (chill in freezer for 1 hour before using) 2 jars apricot baby food dessert 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Bring sugar, water and apricot Jello to a boil. Add apricot baby food, crushed pineapple and cream cheese; mix well. Chill 2 hours. Whip evaporated milk with mixer. Fold into Jello mixture. Chill. |
