LAYERED REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Chopped nuts

Cream flour and butter together. Press into rectangular baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

Cream sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over cool crust. Whip pudding and spread over mixture. Spread remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with nuts. Keep refrigerated.
