LEMON CHEESE CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water Mix Jello in hot water until Jello is dissolved. Then chill until Jello is syrupy. 1 lg. can Pet milk, chill in refrigerator in bowl 1 stick butter 1/2 box lg. graham crackers 1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. lemon extract Roll graham crackers making crumbs. Add butter. Mix well and line 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve part of butter. Cream cheese and sugar well. Add lemon. Whip milk and fold in cream cheese. Pour into lemon Jello mixture. Refrigerate. |
