AUNT EVELYN'S HOT DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. raw white rice
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown meat and onion, drain. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Allow the hot dish to rest for 1/2 hour and add:

1 can bean sprouts
1 can of mushrooms

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
