ARIZONA CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
6 oz. seasoned stuffing mix
1 med. onion
6 to 8 fresh mushrooms
3 chicken breasts or equivalent in other pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Broccoli

Melt butter and saute seasoned stuffing mix, onion and mushrooms. Cook chicken 20 minutes, cut into bite sized pieces. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and soup; add cheese. Cut off top 2 inches of broccoli. Layer into 9 x 13 dish half of stuffing mixture, chicken, creamed mixture, broccoli, cheese and top with remaining half of stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
