CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey pieces
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 can sliced mushrooms
Slivered almonds, optional
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
3 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli. Arrange broccoli in 3 quart greased casserole. Place chicken or turkey on top and cover with soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, mushrooms and almonds which has been mixed together. Cover with mixture of cheese, stuffing. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
