BROWN SUGAR FUDGE 
2 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 scant cup peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Put brown sugar and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 6-7 minutes or until forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and butter. Place pan in cold water and beat well before placing in buttered pan. Cool.

I assume this recipe is for an 8x8 pan but younger cooks may not know this. It would be nice to add the size pan to use.
