POTATO AND SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
6 c. cooked, diced potatoes 3 1/2 c. cooked, drained sauerkraut 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste Combine potatoes, sauerkraut, and eggs. Toss lightly and chill. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly but thoroughly. Serve chilled. Serves 6 to 8. |
