ORANGE ROLLS 
Scald 2/3 c. milk

Add:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. shortening

Cool to lukewarm. While this is cooling:

2/3 c. warm water

Put warm water in a bowl. Add:

2 pkgs. dry yeast

Sprinkle with:

2 tbsp. sugar

Let stand until dissolved.

2 c. flour
3 eggs

Put flour and eggs into milk mixture. Beat well. Add:

Yeast
1 c. flour

Mix well. Add:

About 3 c. more of flour

Knead. Place in greased bowl. Let rise 1 1/2 hours or so.

Roll out bread dough. Put 1/2 the filling mixture in. Roll up and cut to desired size. Let rise. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Use the other half of the frosting mixture to frost rolls after they've cooled.

ORANGE ROLL FILLING:

3 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. orange rind
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth and creamy.
