YOGURT BASED CREAM SAUCE 
8 oz. low fat or nonfat plain yogurt
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. country style Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Blend ingredients in food processor or blender. Place a small saucepan and warm over very low heat, stirring for five minutes. Serve warm over broiled chicken or fish fillets. Makes 8 servings.
