1/2 c. diet mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hot mustard (Gulden, Dijon)
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. freeze-dried chives

Mix. This replaces the original which had 1050-1150 calories per cup. This one has 400 calories per cup (25 per tablespoon).
