CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
18 vanilla wafers
1 sm. can cherry pie filling

Combine cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Beat until creamy. Place one wafer in paper baking cup for each cupcake. Fill each cup 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Cover with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
