CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix ingredients well. Place vanilla wafers in small cupcake holders to fit wafer. Pour mixture over wafers. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes; let cool. Top with cherry pie filling.
