1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. au jus

Mix all ingredients; put strips of bacon on bottom of meat loaf pan. Pat in meat loaf; bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
