RITZ CREAM PIE | |
80 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 2 sm. boxes instant pudding (choice of flavor) 3/4 of 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (soft) 1 1/2 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix crumbs and butter. Save 3/4 cup for top. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pudding, milk and fold ice cream in. Spread over crumbs. Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle crumbs. Freeze. No cooking. |
