SUE'S SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
1 (13 oz.) can of chicken broth

Saute turkey, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes. Add beans, boil 5 minutes, stir often. Add chicken broth, simmer 10 minutes. Serve with grated Jack cheese or sour cream on top. This also can be served cold as a dip.
