STUFFED SHELLS WITH LOBSTER &
CRAB MEAT
 
1 lb. lobster, crab meat or imitation
1 stick butter
1 grated onion
1 box jumbo shells
Marinara sauce

Saute together butter, onion then add lobster and crabmeat. Cook jumbo shells to al dente, drain and keep shells in cold water so they will not stick to each other. Place sauce on bottom of pan, fill shells with lobster mixture and place into pan, add the remaining sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until nice and hot, about 40 to 50 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8 people.
