ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can English peas
1 jar pimento
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Butter
Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain peas. Combine with pimento, cheese and soup. Pour in buttered glass baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
