TENDER SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak, 1 1/4 inch thick
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped

Mix flour, salt and pepper; sprinkle over meat. With saucer or meat pounder pound flour into meat. Keep turning until all flour is taken up. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add meat, brown on both sides. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat 1 1/2 hours, turning once. Serve with gravy.
