EASY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 sm. can green chili peppers, chopped
1 pkg. corn chips
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Brown beef; drain. Add peppers, soups, and enchilada sauce, mixing well. Cook until bubbly. Place corn chips in baking dish. Spoon soup and beef mixture over corn chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts.
