ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 soup can of milk
Lg. can of green chilies
Grated Cheddar cheese
Flour tortilla shells

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine sour cream, milk, soups, green chile and ground beef together. Stir well before adding ground beef. Tear tortilla shells into strips. Layer of sauce mix into greased casserole dish. Then a layer of tortilla shells, a layer of cheese, a layers of mix. Continue ending with a layer of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
