ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 small pkg. corn tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning
sour cream
red hot sauce

Brown hamburger and chop into little pieces. Put 1 package of taco seasoning in the hamburger. Add one cup of water and let simmer. Simmer until all water is gone.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer of corn tortillas down. Put the red sauce over this. Then add a layer of hamburger, sour cream and then cheese. Repeat the layers one more time. Cook at 350°F for 45 minutes.
