HOLIDAY NUGGETS 
1/4 c. pitted prunes
1/4 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. dried figs
1/4 c. pitted dates
1/4 c. honey
1/2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
Coconut or ground walnuts for rolling

Soak prunes and apricots in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Put all fruit through food chopper and blend with corn flakes. Blend in honey and chocolate. Butter hands. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in coconut or nuts. Chill and ripen in airtight container until eaten.
