1/2 head lettuce, shredded 1/4 lb. Weaver white meat chicken roll, cubed 1/4 lb. Weaver chicken bologna, sliced 1/8 lb. sliced hard salami 4 slices (4 oz.) Provolone cheese, halved 1/8 lb. Weaver turkey ham, cut in strips 1 (about 3 oz.) can ripe olives, drained 2 eggs, hard cooked and sliced 1/4 c. Italian dressing Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients, except dressing. Drizzle with dressing. Serves 4. |
