DILLY BREAD 
3 tbsp. yeast
3/4 c. warm (not hot) water
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. onion (minced)
2 tbsp. dill seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. flour

Stir yeast into warm water. Let stand at least 5 minutes. Warm butter and cottage cheese in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Mix cottage cheese mixture in a bowl with eggs, sugar, minced onion, dill seed and salt. Add yeast and mix.

Stir in 2 cups of the flour. Stir well. Mix and knead in the rest of the flour. Knead well and let raise with cloth over bowl until dough doubles. Punch down and form into 3 loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Let raise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
