DILLY BREAD 
ombine:

1 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. onion

lso will need:

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg

Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add to combination. Stir in one egg (room temperature). Beat well. Add 2 1/4-2 1/2 cups self-rising flour.

Cover, let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Turn into greased loaf pan, let rise 30 minutes. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Brush top with butter and salt. (Great with Italian dishes).
