DAISY'S ANTIPASTO SQUARES
Great dipped in spaghetti sauce!

2 pkgs. refrigerator crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
1 (15 oz.) jar sweet roasted peppers, drained and cut up

THIN SLICED:

1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. provolone
1/4 lb. ham
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. pepperoni

EGG WASH:

3 eggs
3 tsp. Parmesan cheese
pepper, to taste

Roll one package of Crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Layer meat and cheese in order as above. Starting with salami. Top with red peppers.

Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Pour this over the peppers. Save a little. Cover with remaining package of Crescent rolls and brush remainder of egg mixture on top.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 20 until golden brown.

These can be served right out of the oven or room temperature. They are even good as cold leftovers.
