SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pt. frozen peas
1 pt. frozen corn
Salt and pepper
Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef and onions; drain well. Combine ground beef, peas, corn, coup and water in 4 qt. baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cut, cook and mash potatoes. When casserole is finished spread mashed potatoes over top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
