CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 average head cabbage
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup

Melt butter. Sauté onions and peppers in butter. Take out and set aside. Brown meat in skillet. Add onion and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over shredded cabbage in casserole dish. Spoon tomato soup over top. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°F.
