SWISS CORN BAKE 
2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt & pepper
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

TOPPING:

3/4 c. chopped croutons
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese

Mix and put into buttered 9"x13" pan. Mix topping and put on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
