APPETIZER BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of milk
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp. butter or marg.
1/2 tsp. dried, crushed tarragon
Dash of white pepper

In a large saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Add soup, milk, wine, butter, tarragon and pepper. Heat through. Serves 8.
