MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled & boned
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. bag taco flavored Doritos, crushed
1 c. broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cream together soups, broth and Ro-tel tomatoes. Pour about 1/3 of soup mixture into bottom of an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish. Add 1/3 of chicken, 1/3 of onion, 1/3 of Doritos and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers twice, top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
