MEXICAN CHICKEN | |
1 fryer 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 sm. pkg. taco flavored Doritos 1 c. chicken broth 9 x 13 inch baking dish Cook chicken, cool. Take from bones. Cut into chunks. Set aside. Spray baking dish with Pam. Put in layer of Doritos, layer of chicken, layer of soup, layer of cheese. Layer until all is used. Pour on Rotel tomatoes and cup of broth. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
