BRAN FRUIT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. All Bran
1 c. oat bran
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs or egg product
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. raisins, chopped prunes, dates, figs

Sift flour and baking powder together in small bowl. In large bowl, mix brans, molasses, milk, sugar. Add egg, oil and fruit mixing completely.

Add flour mixture stirring only to combine ingredients. Split mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
