FRUIT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Miller's bran
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. dried fruit or dates

Cut butter into dry ingredients. Stir in egg, honey and milk. Stir only to blend. Add dried fruit. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 12.
