SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. sized potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Dash pepper

Peel potatoes and slice medium thin. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk (melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper and cold milk, stirring constantly). Add grated cheese to white sauce and stir.

Place potatoes in 3 quart casserole; cover with hot white sauce and bake, uncovered, for 1-1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Serves 5-8.
