SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and washed and sliced thin

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper
1 c. milk

Mix and cook over low heat until thick.

Layer potatoes, sauce, and American cheese. Repeat layers. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
