ORANGE TEMPTATION 
1/2 c. whipped topping
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. honey
1 pkg. orange sugar free gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. diced orange sections (or mandarin oranges) wash sugar off

Blend whipped topping, yogurt, spices, and honey. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add cold water. Add oranges and blend in topping mixture or put oranges into glass dessert dishes, pour gelatin over the oranges, then pour whipped topping over that - very pretty and only 45 calories. Serves 6.
