CHICKEN - MACARONI SOUP 
8 c. chicken broth
1 c. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Saute onion in hot oil. Add cooked macaroni and broth. Let boil. Add seasonings and let simmer. Just before serving, stir in evaporated milk. Serves 6-8.
