CRAIG'S DESSERT 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Lay 1 package rolls on bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Spread on rolls; lay second package rolls on cheese mixture. Beat egg white until foamy. Spread on rolls. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown (glass pan, 325 degrees).
