QUICK FRUIT TOPPED CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1/4 c. oil 2 eggs 1/2 c. water 1 (21 oz.) can of blueberry pie filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Grease and flour cake pan. Put cake mix, oil, eggs and water in bowl. Mix with fork until blended. It will be thick and have some small lumps. Spread batter in cake pan. Spoon pie filling over top of batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes until done. Cool and cut into squares. Another good combination is chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling. |
