ORANGE TOPPING FOR FRUIT CAKE 
1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. butter (rounded)
1/2 c. orange juice (little grated rind)
1 lemon juice (little grated rind)

Cook in double boiler for about 15 minutes or starts to bubble. Serve over cake warm or cold.
