1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c. Crisco oil
1 can mandarin oranges (juice & all)
4 eggs

Mix together 3 minutes with mixer. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. crushed pineapple or 1 sm. can juice & all

Combine.
