HAM LOAF WITH ZIPPY SAUCE 
LOAF:

1 1/2 lb. cured ham, ground
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. bread or crackers

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

ZIPPY SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. minced chives
Salt and lemon to taste

Mix loaf ingredients well and chill until firm. Brown lightly in hot fat on all sides and place in pan with 1/2 cup water. Mix topping and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Mix Zippy Sauce and serve with ham loaf!
