VICKI'S PROSCIUTTO PASTA 
4 tbsp. sweet butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 med. red bell peppers, roasted
1/4 lb. prosciutto, sliced into strips
1 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cooked & buttered fettuccine

Slice peppers into strips. Saute garlic and peppers in melted butter. Add prosciutto and peas, then cream. Add cheese to thicken to desired consistency, stirring constantly. Pour over fettucini and serve immediately.
